We may utilize either method general or local anesthesia. However,

 the local anesthesia method is becoming a more attractive option

 these days with significantly less risks involved.

Patients usually only need the date of procedure off and perhaps the

 next day. Pain has been described by most of our patients as minimal

 and certainly tolerable.
